Lallette is based in Australia and all prices are in Australian dollar, you can also view the site in different currencies by selecting the Change Currency box. Lallette ships internationally.

How to pay

Australian shoppers can pay by direct bank deposit or the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard  your payment is processed safely and securely through the National Australia Bank.

International shoppers can pay safely and securely by Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard your payment is processed through the National Australia Bank.

Paypal is also avaailable to all shoppers.

Shipping your shopping

You can check what your shipping cost is at any time while you are shopping - simply click Calculate Shipping in your shopping cart.  This feature is available for all Australian and international orders.

Your shipping cost is automatically calculated before you reach the final check out. We use Australia Post for shipping around Australia and Overseas.   Delivery time frames can vary from 1-6 days depending on your location in Australia, and whether you select standard or express post.

For orders within Australia you can choose to receive orders via:

• Standard Post   or
• Express Post. 

For international orders you will receive orders via

• Australia Post - Air

Delivery time frames can vary for international orders - allow 14 days delivery.

* NOTE international shoppers you may incur additional duty costs for your country -  these costs are at your expense.

Returns Policy

Items must be returned to Lallette within 14 days from when you received them. 

Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging intact.

There is a 10% restocking fee for the items which are returned.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Items which are discounted or on sale are not refundable.

• Please email Lallette and let us know what you wish to return and reason for return
• Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the return.
• Ensure the items are packaged securely
• Note - if you made your purchase by direct bank deposit be sure to supply your bank deposit details - Name, BSB Number and Account Number.
